Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Overview

We want you to love getgreenly. This policy explains how to cancel upcoming orders, skip weeks, and request a refund or credit when something isn’t right.

TL;DR: Cancel/skip before your weekly cutoff. If there’s an issue with your box, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right with a replacement or credit (and refunds where applicable).

2. Skips, Changes & Cancellations (Cutoff Time)

  • You may skip a week, change recipes, or cancel an upcoming order before your weekly cutoff (shown at checkout and in your account).
  • After the cutoff, your order is locked for sourcing and shipping and can’t be changed or canceled.
  • Plan size (servings/recipes) changes apply to future weeks after the cutoff.

3. Damaged, Missing, or Quality Issues

If something arrives damaged, missing, warm, or otherwise not right, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a brief description (photos help us investigate).

  • We’ll offer a replacement, credit, or refund depending on the situation and your preference.
  • Perishables generally aren’t returned; please dispose of any unsafe items safely.

4. Delivery Issues

  • If tracking shows “delivered” but you can’t locate the box, check around the property and with neighbors; then contact us the same day.
  • Extreme weather or carrier delays may affect delivery times; our insulated packaging helps maintain safe temps through the evening of delivery day.

5. Refunds vs. Credits

  • Credits apply automatically to future orders.
  • Refunds are returned to the original payment method; bank processing can take 3–10 business days.
  • Promotional discounts and free items aren’t cash-refundable.

6. Substitutions

To avoid food waste and delays, we may make equivalent substitutions if an item is unavailable. We aim to match nutrition and allergens; see your recipe card or in-box insert for details.

7. How to Cancel Your Subscription

  • Log in → Account → Delivery Details / Plan → Cancel Plan (before the weekly cutoff).
  • Or email us at hello@getgreenly.com with your name and order #.

8. Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us first—we’ll review and resolve quickly. Unauthorized charge disputes should be raised with your bank; we’ll cooperate fully.

9. Allergens & Food Safety

Major allergens are labeled, and our facilities follow strict separation and sanitation standards. However, cross-contact can occur. If you have a severe allergy, consult your physician before ordering.
